Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the c7bet website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). c7bet is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the Services in any manner. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. c7bet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility to Register and Use the Platform

Access to the Platform and its Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• §Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. c7bet strictly enforces the 21+ age rule. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• §One Account Per Person: You hold only one registered account on c7bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.
• §Legal Capacity: You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party, and you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
• §Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order. Attempting to access a self-excluded account or creating a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• §Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — are accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify c7bet promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money Services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a password, and basic personal details. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• §Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. c7bet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or unsolicited communication. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• §Account Activity: All betting and gaming activity conducted through your account is deemed authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify c7bet immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• §KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, c7bet is required to verify your identity. You agree to provide valid government-issued ID and any additional documentation requested within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• §Account Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at closure — subject to completed KYC — will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number.
• §Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. c7bet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant balances after the dormancy period. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is applied.

c7bet uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect account data in transit. Your password is stored in a hashed format and is not accessible to c7bet staff. If you have concerns about your account's security, use the password reset function or contact support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on c7bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7bet supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• §Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no c7bet-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• §Deposit Confirmation: Deposits are credited to your c7bet account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation from the mobile money provider. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• §Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and registered mobile number used to deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC. c7bet processes eligible withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• §Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Only the resulting real-money balance, net of bonus funds, is eligible for withdrawal.
• §Transaction Disputes: Any dispute regarding a deposit or withdrawal must be raised with c7bet support within 30 days of the transaction date. c7bet will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

c7bet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• §One Bonus Per Player: Each welcome bonus is available to one new account per person, per mobile number, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or phone numbers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• §Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• §Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will be removed from the player's account automatically upon expiry. The default validity period for bonus funds is 7 days from the date of credit unless the promotion states otherwise.
• §Game Contribution Rates: Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports markets may carry different contribution rates than slots or crash games. These rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
• §Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: c7bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working toward the wagering requirement, any bonus funds credited under that promotion will be removed and the player's real-money balance will be unaffected.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All wagers placed on the c7bet Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• §Finality of Settled Bets: Once a bet has been settled by the system, the outcome is final. c7bet reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet settled in error due to a technical fault, incorrect data feed, or system anomaly. The player's account will be adjusted to reflect the correct outcome.
• §Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game type carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of placing a bet. c7bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at any time.
• §Cancelled Events: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts within 24 hours.
• §RNG Casino Games: All slot, crash, and RNG-based table game outcomes are generated by certified random-number-generation software provided by the relevant game studio. c7bet has no ability to influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-player percentages are determined by the game provider and are typically disclosed in each game's information panel.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the c7bet Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be permanently banned:

• §Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, use of automated scripts, collusion with other players, or any method designed to obtain promotional value in excess of that intended by c7bet.
• §Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account. c7bet cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement in cases of suspected payment fraud.
• §Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at odds or game outcomes that are clearly erroneous. Any winnings derived from a known system error will be voided.
• §Identity Misrepresentation: Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information. All accounts are subject to periodic identity checks, and any account found operating under a false identity will be permanently closed with the balance forfeited.
• §Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at c7bet staff or other platform users via any support or communication channel. c7bet reserves the right to suspend the account of any user who engages in abusive behaviour toward its team.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

c7bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• §Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• §Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log them out. This tool helps players manage the amount of time they spend on the platform.
• §Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion the account will be locked and all promotional communications suspended. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• §Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current gaming session and their net wagering position. These reminders are designed to promote informed decision-making during extended play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the c7bet Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the property of c7bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of c7bet. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of c7bet's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c7bet's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• §Service Interruptions: c7bet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, network failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services outside c7bet's direct control, provided that c7bet takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• §Consequential Loss: c7bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if c7bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• §Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded, c7bet's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms and Account Termination

c7bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c7bet will notify registered players via SMS or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

c7bet may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any material provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if c7bet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Your real-money balance, net of any applicable adjustments, will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved through c7bet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. c7bet's internal complaints procedure requires all formal disputes to be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint, the relevant account reference, and any supporting documentation. c7bet will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
